Love coming here always. Such fresh and good food. The yellow sauce is the best along with the stuffed avocado! Had Tatyana as our customer service rep and she was so sweet. I love when there’s nice people at restaurants it always makes it more pleasant. Definitely recommend!
“Fantastic Experience at Viva Chicken!” I had an amazing experience at Viva Chicken, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding service from Manager Andrew. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect during our visit. His friendly attitude and dedication to great customer service truly stood out. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Kudos to Andrew and the entire team for making our dining experience so enjoyable! The cook named Q is the best cook ever! We ordered and got our food 5 minutes later! The quality, presentation and freshness of the food were amazing! 10/10! We also were treated with tons of respect and were asked many questions while ordering to ensure that our ticket order was exactly what we desired!
Made a pit stop into this Viva Chicken on the way home from a long road trip. It was excellent! The people were very nice that worked there and the food was delicious. I asked if they could make my plantains a bit darker and they had no problem with that. My friend who had never been to a Viva Chicken enjoyed her meal thoroughly! Thanks to the team at Viva Chicken.
The service here was so good I had that edit my review once again. Victoria and Omaree were excellent - they deserve a raise. Look at the presentation of the food in the pictures. Excellent! If you need a nice place to eat whether it's dining in or out you won't be disappointed, Viva Chicken is the spot!
2024 update: Chi and the staff went above and beyond today!!! I came in and they let me know the whole chicken would be a bit to finish cooking. I didn’t mind waiting - and then the managers gave me a gift card for waiting when the quote time ran a bit longer than they thought. (I didn’t even realize and was happy to wait.) This is the kind of customer service we need to bring back! Thank you so much! ————— 2023: Perfect. Food comes out fast, hot and delicious! Prices are reasonable and the indoor / outdoor seating options are nice.
I am truly obsessed with Viva Chicken. Unfortunately there is not a store location in the area that I live in, so I always stop at this one when I am driving to see family. The food is consistently high quality and the prices are actually reasonable! I think that I could eat this stuff almost everyday, which is why I keep coming back here. The service is great as well and the restaurant is kept clean.
Came here today with my family, and I had an awesome experience here as per usual. My brother got the Inca burrito. Me and my Mom got the Limena chopped salad with chicken The lady at the front helped me with my order. Actually, her name is Ari. She was very sweet, and she helped me. Choose a burrito for my brother. The Inca burrito is definitely the bomb. Thank you girl. Thank you ari!!!
